Probably one of the most transformed neighborhoods in Austin. A mix of bungalows from the 20s and 30s, Victorian homes, old churches, and new construction, it's desirable for its walkability as well as the variety and quality of restaurants. It still maintains a lot of the original Austin vibe (chill, laid-back), with local shops, food-trucks, cafes, but also some popular more newly established institutions. The proximity to downtown, the Long Center, and Auditorium Shores make it an ideal location. Prices range from $800k to $2.2M.
