She is so knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance every step of the way. Buying remotely is hard, but even when we couldn't fly down to see a new place when it hit the market, Erika walked through with a camera providing us with a virtual tour. She knows so much too! She knows the signs of potential issues and points out what is (and isn't) a problem with a structure. Also, it seems like she knows everyone in Austin! Lenders, inspectors, plumbers, electricians, locksmiths...for every need that we had before, during, and even after closing, Erika knows someone good and affordable! Selling a house is complicated and the devil is in the details. Having Erika's sane guidance was just what I needed.
