Welcome to Travis Heights
Originally developed in the 1920s and 30s, a lot of Travis Heights' original homes were very similar to those in Hyde Park. But as Travis heights expanded, a variety of different types of architecture cropped up and now includes sites with large modern homes. It mostly has smaller homesites (lots), but very attractive walkable streets. One of the most popular features of this neighborhood is its extremely close proximity to South Congress (SoCo), which is a district made up of trendy shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, and Austin landmarks like the Continental Club and Lucy in Disguise. Home prices range from $800k-$2.5M.
