A diverse hub of a neighborhood, with some gorgeous pockets and some less appealing areas, it continues to see some transition. People are drawn here for the proximity to UT/downtown, as well as the more affordable price-tag. Home prices range from $400k - $750k in the nicer parts of this neighborhood.
